About
Naturelovers deeply connects children to nature, promoting wellbeing and sustainability through educational workshops, excursions, gardening, and nature play.
I combine my extensive horticultural, linguistic, Forest School and teaching experience, to pass on my love of nature, gardening skills, cultural learning and appreciation, and passion for sustainability.
I offer a broad range of services including:
- Gardening design and consultations (schools, private gardens, community)
- Educational incursions/excursions for nature-based inquiry learning
- Teacher PD training – how to use the outdoors as a classroom
- Afterschool nature play programs in inner southeast Melbourne
- Children’s nature parties
I work in and around Nairm/Birrarung-ga (Port Phillip Bay/Melbourne), on Boonwurrung country; reconnecting individuals, families, communities, schools and organisations with nature to improve wellbeing, sustainability, connection to community, and reconciliation. I celebrate our shared deep history of continued care of country by the Kulin peoples (of the Boonwurrung, Woiwurrung, Djadjawurrung, Taungurong, Wathawurrong language groups) and honour and respect their ancestors since time immemorial. I strive to follow the law of the creator spirit Bunjil to always protect biik (country) and bubup (children), for they are our home and future. Country is more than land, it encompasses the ancestral spirits, all living things on land, water and air, the weather and season. Connecting to country is more than simply doing things outside, its deeply listening and observing and thinking about it all and our place and role within it.

To think that they did this without teachers knowing! What a joy that our children can stop and appreciate the gifts of nature in such a way.
Unbelievable Pascale! You are amazing. Great to see you this morning
